Our driver was friendly, on time, and very professional.
This is a much more affordable option as opposed to the cruise line's transfers. It also gave us the option of being dropped off at our hotel.

Very efficient, friendly and reliable.
Liked that the driver spoke English well. Liked that he asked if we needed return service. Maurizio was the reason we booked return service and cancelled other service we already had a Reservation.

Efficient, friendly and reliable service!
The original driver Stefano could not make it. Another driver came instead but didn’t look like stefano. Only after I mentioned it did the driver tell me he switched with stefano. The new driver very nice and professionally but nice if he mentioned the switching upfront.

Driver came an hour earlier than what was agreed upon
The driver came to pick us up one hour early. We told him that we haven't had lunch yet and we are supposed to be the last ones to be picked up. He then left and picked up other passengers. We went and got some lunch and when we came back in 20 minutes, he was already there waiting. We did not get a chance to eat our lunch because he was rushing us to leave.
