Driver did not pick us up at the meeting area as scheduled. Needed to reorder the shuttle.
When we finally got a shuttle, it was clean and air conditioned. Drive to port was fine and uneventful.
We had a scheduled 10:45 pickup. Flight arrived early. We then spent 90 minutes in an immigration line, and then waited for luggage. When we arrived at the meeting point, the driver had already left. We learned he felt we had enough time to leave the plane and collect our luggage. Terrible customer service. We called. Lady on phone says we should have been faster (very odd). Got another car. The CSS rep then walked us through the airport for 10 minutes up and down escalators to reach another van. Never helped with large luggage.

Other than coming a little late and the driver texting/talking on his phone for the whole drive, everything was fine.
Car was nice large and clean Audi and drive was without problems.
Driver was a little late, but our greatest concern was that he was texting and calling or taking phone calls the whole drive. He even pulled over on the motorway to make a video call. Would have preferred he gave his full attention to driving since he was frequently looking at his phone instead of the road. Otherwise no problems.

Driver was on time for pickup at port.
Since we were the only passengers, we had a car rather than a van. Driver explained a lot about the farms/countryside that we passed encountered to the airport.

Pickup scheduled for 9:30 am -was advised at 8:45 that they wouldn’t arrive until 11am -the time we expected to arrive at our destination.
Nothing.
90 minutes late for a pickup scheduled 4 months in advance is unacceptable. We were told it was due to a “problem at the port”. When driver arrived he said “Not my fault” & then conveniently did not speak English.

Fantastic service for a good price!
The driver was extremely skilled, picked us up on time (early, even), and the price was cheaper than the transfer from the cruise ship.
Driver was waiting as expected, was a shared shuttle so had to wait for the others but was not long. Van was comfortable enough for the journey to the airport
