He was a few minutes late but we were the last pick up for a full van.

Great driver but can could be upgraded
The driver was very nice, easy to find him under the cruise ship at the appropriate time. He even went above and beyond and called the owner of the VRBO apartment we were renting to confirm the address when we couldn't find it.
The van seemed a little older and was very noisy during the drive.

Very professional and courteous
Arrived on time at the pickup point and had a comfortable ride to the airport.
I tried booking on line with three different computers and all asked for an “api key”. Try to do a work around so this is not required. In the end the Hotel in Rome assisted with a phone call and I paid the driver direct.

The othee services we have used have been better
The pickup was easy and on time
we had to make 2 airport stops on the way to Rome. The driver refused to take us all the way to our hotel, forcing us to drag our luggage the last couple blocks on cobble stones.

Good quality, on time service
Claudio was an excellent driver who gave us lots of info on the region as he drove us back to the airport. It was good to get a message in advance telling us who our driver would be and his contact details.
