I liked the clean cars & that the drivers were courteous & professional. They were punctual & always arrived early. I appreciate how the company was able to change original plansat short notice due to flight cancellations & changes. Used them for airport & cruise port transfers. Great service each time!!
I cannot really say that I didn't like anything. The only minor issue would be that I could only communicate by email but they always responded very promptly so it really was not an issue.

Easy and convenient way to get from Rome to the port.
The driver arrived a bit early but the website had informed us that this might happen so we were ready. He was very pleasant and helped us with our bags both at the hotel and the port. We would definitely use them again.

On time. Ease of booking and good confirmation including photo of driver day before.
We were asked our airline and then were dropped off at the completely opposite end of the terminal from our airline with no assist to where our check in was. Otherwise I would have rated the trip a 5.
