Friendly people for transit too small for amount of ppl booked and luggage.
Drivers were friendly and safe
The return trip time was late considering the time we're unable to depart ship. Ford transit was too small we were stuffed and some luggage had to sit between the driver and passenger.

Driver contacted us to make sure we arrived at the right terminal. Lifted our bags, abd goud source of information
I'm a large person and the seats were too narrow and had insufficient leg room. My knees were jammed against the back of the seat in front of me the entire 45 minute ride.
Prompt pickup and courteous driver.

It was a good experience.
Driver communications were good, and van was comfortable.
We didn’t like being partnered with a group from MCO that we had to pick up prior to going to Port Canaveral.

The Van was 30 min's late. Reservation was 9:30am. Van showed up at 10am. Made for a very anxious wait as we had a noon flight.

Great communication
Sent a text with a number to call when ready for the ride.
Shuttle was only able to pick up 2 of the 4 people of our party.
I called and spoke with company several times prior to booking to ensure we could have a ride from the Port Canaveral cruise port to Sanford Orlando Airport in time for at 12:07 PM boarding flight. Confirmed reservation several times for 4 people from Port Canaveral to Sanford Orlando (SFB) Airport. The driver arrived with one passenger already in tow, a car seat that we no one needed, in a Suburban. We had 4 large bags, and 2 carry-on size bags but with the other passenger, the other passenger's luggage, plus the carseat, the driver was unable to accommodate our party of 4 adults. He took 2 of us and our luggage and said he would send a shuttle "right away" for the other 2 passengers. It turns out, there was not another shuttle available until 11:30 and our flight left SFB airport started boarding at 12:07 PM. The driver was very nonchalant and unsympathetic to our issue. The other passenger in the vehicle flight from SFB airport did not leave until 9 pm that night. If that passenger would have been instructed to leave at 11:30am instead, this issue would have been resolved but the driver and dispatcher did not communicate effectively resulting in the other 2 members of our party having to Uber at our own expense!
My driver, Reese, was outstanding. He was very courteous and friendly. Arrived at the exact time that he said he would. Highly recommend Reese. Ask for him by name.
On our return, we actually cleared the cruise ship about an hour early. However, we could not adjust the pick-up time. Unfortunately, when you set a time, you are unable to adjust.

A driver that thinks outside the box.
Reese, our driver, is someone that thinks outside the box and that is what I like. The traffic at the cruise terminal was just completely crazy and backed up for miles. So, instead of coming in the traditional way he parked in a parking area and walked over to meet us. It got him in and us out in good timing. The office staff were always helpful and just did a wonderful job. After talking to others, the price was absolutely the best. Having a small group also meant that we didn't have to drive to a lot of different drop off locations. Reese made sure everyone was taken care of in an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you

I screwed up and booked the wrong day and Jennifer was very helpful and was able to get me onto the correct shuttle.
Jennifer was on time, very courteous, did an outstanding job , I would want her as a driver again.
