Driver was friendly and professional and double-checked several times that he had picked up the right people and their luggage and was dropping them off at the right place. Appreciated the extra clear communication.
The vehicle arrived 40 minutes after the scheduled time. Did appreciate the notice the driver sent by text that things were running behind.
The car was on time the car was clean. The driver was very knowledgeable about things that we passed and asked questions about.

Very poor communication, late, didn't answer phone first time, jammed in shuttle van, didn't tell us where to wait, different name than who we booked with. Very Shady.

Shuttle was 2 hours late in picking us up at Sanford Orlando airport. I had ordered and paid for 3 car seats for my grandchildren and they were not provided. Driver on first trip was stress out and not very friendly. On return trip only one car seat was provided but not for the other two children.
The driver on the return trip (March 15) was much nicer to deal with. I did take photo's showing there were no car seat provided

(Arrival trip) Ride to Port Canaveral was 30 minutes late. Driver was apologetic and spoke with us.
(Return trip) 1 hr. late for pick up. 1 extra hour on travel time. No apologies or communication from driver.
Called driver 10 minutes after listed arrival time and was told he was 20 minutes away. Called when he did not show in 20 minutes. Said he would be there in 12minutes. Thirty minutes later he arrived. Once in van, packed like sardines. It took over an hour to get out of Port Canaveral then the hour+ drive to Orlando.
Main office phone communication was extremely unprofessional.
Would not recommend or book again with your service based on this experience.

Friendly people for transit too small for amount of ppl booked and luggage.
Drivers were friendly and safe
The return trip time was late considering the time we're unable to depart ship. Ford transit was too small we were stuffed and some luggage had to sit between the driver and passenger.
