Pick- up was late from the scheduled time. 4 people group were tried to split apart in separate shuttle buses. Before hand agreed things did not happen even though they were clearly brought up several times in phone conversations, whatsapp messages and emails. Also the fact hat the customers dont speak English brought up several times. These events caused us extra money because there had to be made phone calls to sort it out when these happened.

Our driver, Reese, was courteous and friendly. He came and got us when he said he would and was a good driver. Everything went smoothly and as planned and was great. Thank you!

No ac on the way down and no shuttle on the way back
Nothing
No ac on the drive down. Was very hot. We were abandoned for the way back. I was lied to the 2 times I called to ask when we would be picked up. Was told the driver was at another pickup at the port and to just wait. Finally after the driver was an hour late was told they couldn’t get hold of the driver and -oops-sorry no one was going to drive us to the airport. We had to take an Uber. Never again will I use this company

Late picking up then pulled over to a back of Dennys to wait 20 mins for another driver.
Missed our check in time at the port. Driver know he was late so he driving all extra fast, driving between 2 lanes, on his phone while driving mind you we had a 9 mo old baby with us.

Good option
The pickup was convenient and drop off at the hotel was great.
The trip was longer than expected. We were two hours from pickup to drop off at the hotel, because there were other passengers that went to the Sanford Airport and Orlando Airport. The driver never said a word to the group as to where or what stops were expected.

Our ride arrived at the port approximately 25 minutes late, otherwise everything else went well.

Nice drivers comfortable vans
I was able to schedule the shuttle before my trip
That we had to sit at the airport so long. It was far to long and I could have gotten an Uber for the same price and picked my time
Liked the entire experience! Rudy, our driver, was very nice and very professional. He was on time, too. He’s the best driver we’ve ever had for a shuttle service.

On the return trip from the port they l eft us stranded I had to find another source of information after already verifying pick up at 8:30. I was able thank heaven to grab another shuttle for $70 it was a lot of stress being left with thousands of people at the terminal looking for transporta now let's see if they follow through on what they told me about giving me back the $70 I had to pay to get back to the airport so I wouldn't miss my flight.tion. I was told by the representative that they would pay for the transportation back to the airport but they had nothing else to offer me. Terrible experience very disappointed

The lack of communication from the shuttle company to my wife and I. I called at 7:00 a.m. the day of the pickup to reconfirm everything. I was told I would be receiving a text where to get the the shuttle it never came. Sorry to say that I would not recommend this company for transportation. Also on the trip going the driver was constantly on his cell phone, not good.
