Absolutely nothing. Maybe put a "magnetic Shuttle" sign on sign of vehicle.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was great, the trip from the terminal to airport as awful. The driver dropped us at a hotel and called us uber, first uber refused so a 2nd one was called

Inefficient
The first driver was punctual and personable. Met us on time and engaged in conversation with our group.
We were picked up from Port Canaveral and scheduled a transfer to Sanford airport. The route was very inefficient and took an extra 45 minutes because we had to ride with the first driver and other passengers to Orlando International first. Then we met another driver in a hotel parking lot, transferred our bags to a different van, and rode with a new driver to our airport. The van in the second leg of our trip needed the wheels balanced as it was a very bumpy ride the entire way.
I wish we would have just rented a car and coordinated our own trip versus this shuttle service. This is a great option if traveling to and from Orlando International, but not the best option for Sanford. It would have been a better experience if we had a direct transfer to our airport.

Did not use service, driver wasn’t able to meet at an acceptable pick up location.

The fact that the driver was unable to meet at a location I was able to walk to and get picked up, so I’ve lost the money because he was unable to accommodate.

Happy with service
Driver was very nice and we arrived safely to the Sanford airport
We were told to wait "across the street" but there were two streets to cross. The local helpers sent us in the wrong direction so it took us a while to find the vehicle. Also, we were told to transfer to a different vehicle at MCO. We weren't expecting that.

Experience was very good. Driver was 20 minutes late on pick-up at the air port to Port Canaveral due to traffic..
Driver was amazing Right on time when returning from Port Canaveral to the air port.
Need to specify a pick up location at the air port and cruise terminal when booking the shuttle. We should not have to call the company while waiting for shuttle to see where we will meet it.
Arrived and departed on time. The hospitality shown by the driver with our safety, comfort, and care for our luggage exceeded our expectations. Rudy was GREAT!
It was an older vehicle. Perhaps upgrades could be made for a more comfortable ride.

Our ride was disorganized and we were switched to a different car midway through the trip..
Not much, they at least got us to our destination.
They first sent a car that was too small, then stuffed us in another car and had us switch to another car at a different location.
