Sebastian was fabulous...Can't say enough good things about the service we received. We will not hesitate to use Hawk Transportation again when in the Orlando area
He was not only prompt and on time but he was early and ready for us when we were off the ship earlier than expected!!

My family reports they were very pleased with the service!
Safe, friendly driver and large safe vehicle. Timely arrival despite very heavy traffic.
The emails regarding pick-up times could have been more clear; otherwise there were no problems whatsoever

Professional, friendly, prompt and I highly recommend
Sebastian and Yvette always arrive early. They communicate extensively before your pickup. They are professional, friendly and go above and beyond with service. I highly recommended for SE Florida travels. They take the stress out of airport travel!

Anxious! Driver 30 mins. late and not comfortable in how to get there - not the feeling you want to get from a professional driving service.
Good $ value versus similar competitors as return transportation to the Tampa Bay Lightning Game.
The pickup was late by 30 minutes, which made the arrival to the start of the event very tight. Driver (Victor) was nice but not fully comfortable about how to get there, nor get back. Needed coaching from the backseat, which isn't ideal.

Driver was right there when we got off the plane, friendly driver, car was right in front, very nice SUV.

Everything was perfect, from the meet and greet to our destination.
Wasn't charged extra when our flight was almost an hour late.

Kind, considerate and on-time!
Sebastian was hilarious. He also called ahead when he realized the airport was much busier than usual. We moved our pick up up 30min. Very thoughtful!
