I had gotten my dates and places probably their worst nightmare client ! But Sebastian ! Was absolutely wonderful he worked with me and went out of his way to make our trip work out . I can't thank him enough. Tammy

Our Driver, Sebastian was gracious, kind and courteous, service was quick from Orlando Airport to our Hotel and the grocery stop was a bonus and much appreciated! The vehicle was very clean, roomy and enjoyable to ride in.

Professional, curtious, and very accommodating
He was not only on time but early, got us there on time and was very cordial, and when the event ran over time he did not abandon us or make a big deal over it

Excellent service, prompt pick up
Even thought our plane was an hour late they were waiting for us when we cleared security and customs at Sanford airport. Arrived on time at the hotel for the return trip to the airport. Answered emails and text messages immediately

Hawk Transportation is prompt and professional while personalizing the service.
Bob, our driver, did an outstanding job. We had a luggage issue with the airline. Bob took care of the rest of our bags and waited patiently while we resolved the problem. His professionalism was extremely appreciated.

The service and the ride were great!!!
He was early on both occasions and very courteous!! Made sure we had everything and was willing to stop anywhere if need be. Great experience and great guy! I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for sure!!

Easy to attain on time reliable service so we didn’t have to rent a car.
Pleasant driver. Looked professional. Arrived on time. Nice vehicle.
The SUV seemed to need some maintenance OR it’s just that bad of a ride from the back seat. Very bumpy/jerky the whole ride. That wasn’t the case on the same roads in a different vehicle on our way to the resort.
