I thought the price was a bit steep for the short distance we traveled.
It was an easy convienent airport transfer that was super easy to set up!
Sebastian was very helpful instructing is on where to meet him when we arrived at the airport- he confirmed everything in a timely manner and was very friendly to chat with on our ride!
The one negagative is that we reserved with Hawk because the website said they provided car seats. Upon arrival, the car only had a booster seat available which did not do much to contain our 13 month old. My only critique is that if you say you offer a car seat, have a car seat. Otherwise, specify that you have a booster.
They made the beginning and the end of our cruise easy breezy!!! Reliable, prompt and friendly!!!! Showed up on time and made our pre and post cruise worry free. Ty ty ty I'm so glad we used this company
