Not at the meeting point in the airport and rude driving
the car was clean and in good condition
Arriving to Terminal 5 10 minutes before scheduled time, nobody waiting, ok we are early. But ten minutes after the sheduled time nobody appeared, the driver was at a different area of arrivals hall, not the indicated in the email i had received. No apology from him.
On the return trip, the driver missed the exit to terminal 5 and started to drive too fast and rude... my conclusion is that drivers are not professional but prices are as if they where.
I asked for pick up at 7.30pm and it was clearly stated on the confirmation. This is notwithstanding that my friends and I landed at 5.35pm. Driver claimed he came at 5.30pm and waited till 7.10pm. He didn't see us so he drove off (before 7.30pm). We had to call the office to recall him back to the airport. Later on he asked us to pay £20 for his parking and said that £20 was only for his parking charges for the dual trip and for gay he didn't even charge us for waiting time. We indicated pick up at 7.30pm. If Heathrow shuttle is going to follow flight landing time then why is there an option to indicate pick up time? If pick up time is indicated, why is it not being followed? I left my mobile number when i booked so even if driver came at an earlier time and didn't see us, why didn't he call me?
Driver later on said he couldn't drop us off outside our hotel due to road closure. this is very surprising. your service is to drop your customers at the hotel directly and this is your job. so if there is or there is. it road closure, you should know before the trip (even if you didn't know, you could've called hotel to check) and even if there's really road closure, customers could be informed before trip so we will expect this. driver insisted he couldnt drop us off at the hotel so we called the hotel to check if there's road closure and hotel said there isn't. we told the driver and driver now said there could be (change of tune from the earlier certainty). if we didn't call hotel the driver. ohhh drop us somewhere irresponsibly. there was also no help with our luggages at pick up or alighting.
This is not my first time with heathrow shuttle and i must say for the price paid or £89 i'd expect some customer service. truly disappointing and i'd not recommend heathrow shuttle to anyone anymore.

The drivers were all very nice and professional.
We ordered a mini-bus and not one time over 5 reservations did we receive a mini-bus. Advertising and services rendered were not aligned.

that is cost 63 pounds. Next time I will use Uber. that the driver cursed at a driver on the road for going to fast and was racist to a black driver.

Driver did not show and did not call. When I called the shuttle service (twice) I had to leave a voice message and received no return call.
