Marcel our driver was brilliant driving in the most trying conditions.
Marcel's experience driving the Sea to Sky from Whistler to Vancouver Airport made us feel like we were in safe hands. He was polite, interesting and an excellent driver.
It was difficult to contact Whistler Taxi by phone to double confirm the booking.
A no show leaving us to miss a prebooked sleigh ride

Despite booking online no taxi turned up . 2 calls later we finally got through to the company who initially seemed very vague despite booking references etc. Finally told the taxi was on its way but not for another 15 mins and this was already 15 mins after it was due . Leaving the family including small children to miss out on a sleigh ride . Altogether Very disappointing . We are told by our concierge that this is quite a common issue .
That it didn't arrive. Also, you have lots of visitors to whis - you should probably make the web booking page accept numbers that aren't whistler local ones

The taxi was perfectly on time and incredibly friendly.
Good. But booking is hard. Web site don't always book and your app isn't available to non us/canadian
