Lucky I called in the morning to check the car was coming
When the taxi I called arrived everything was great wouldn't trust the booking online system as It didn't work
Lucky I went with my gut and made a call to the company to make sure a car was coming.
the online booking even though we got a confirmation email was not in the system, if we had not have checked we would have missed our bus to the airport.
What I've come to expect from Whistler taxi in terms of speed and all round good service.
Please fix the app so as to be able to input a street location. Currently the app triples the street number making it an 'invalid street address'.
This app was fantastic beforehand and has become now unusable.
It was awful and I did not expect that you will treat customers like that! I will never use the service of this company again.

I had ordered a taxi a day earlier via your online form. I received 2 confirmation letters on my e-mail that there will be a taxi waiting for 2 passengers at 10:45 am. It said in the confirmation letter that it is going to be a van because we had 4 suitcases and a ski bag. Then the next day, there was of course no taxi waiting for us. We were supposed to meet our new landlord at 11am in Brio. Around 10:55 I called the land line and to my surprise the person on the other end put me on 3 minute hold. I did not have time for this so I called yet once again and the dispatcher told me that the new car will be in around 2 minutes. And yes indeed the second car arrived but it was Toyota Corolla in which there was just no way that we could have fit all our suitcases and me and my gf. The taxi driver called one of his colleagues and said that I can either wait for another van which will be in 10 minutes or maybe I will be better off to order resort cab (basically any other company than whistler tax). I was very frustrated by that time and said I will wait because it was already 11:10am. The taxi eventually arrived and I was in Brio at 11:30. We left our bags there and had to go to Creekside because our landlord left because she had other business to attend as well. So the trip from the Village to Brio took us 45 minutes and then we had to spend more money to get somewhere else because Whistler taxi couldn't get us on time. Nobody even said sorry or anything. Never again!
I ordered the cab online, but then when phoned to check and see where the cab was.. I was told that I should have called or used the app to make the reservation because they don't always check the online orders. Maybe you should take off the option of ordering the cab online then, if you don't check it? Or since your e-mail said that my order was confirmed (which it clearly wasn't) you should change the auto response email. We were heading to a wedding, and needed to be at the Aava hotel at a certain time to catch the shuttle bus. Thankfully we made it, but it could have been a big let-down if I didn't phone to see where the cab was (and they had no one scheduled to come and get us).

The whistler taxi phone number was out of service - tried 3 times. The website to book the taxi took 8 tried before it worked.

Online booking confirmed the route and then was contacted 10 minutes before scheduled pick up and was told that they did not service the area.

Got to and from Vancouver Airport to Whistler with no problems.
