He got us there but he packed our bags into the boot when he opened the bag carrying our drinks fell out and smashed a full bottle of Kuala. And destroyed the bag. He exited as fast as he could. The $6 fare cost me about $100 in damages

There should be a system for drivers to communicate with waiting passengers to inform them that they will be late. The dispatcher tells you 25 min max no matter the traffic or road conditions making it impossible to correctly plan when to book a cab if you are trying to get somewhere at a specific time. I booked this cab an hour in advance online. After the taxi didn’t show up I called again and was told it would be 25 minutes. I waited a further 65 minutes before calling again and being told that the car was almost here. I was waiting outside for the cab and received a text that it was arriving but no car actually showed. I called again after a further 20 minutes passed and was informed that the car had come, picked somebody up and left. They told me they would send another car but it would take a further 25 minutes. I waited another hour before finally canceling the cab. The dispatcher should be aware of traffic conditions and give an accurate estimate of how long a cab will take to arrive to allow customers to actually get where they’re going reasonably on time.

Online and phone service left us waiting for 45mins. When we got a cab after calling to complain the driver that told us to use another if we didn’t like whistler taxis. The driver is clearly frustrated with the online service as are we. Would not reccomend.

Booked taxi in advance from whistler to pemberton for 9 pm but none of the drivers wanted to take us. Got stuck with no accommodation for the night
