Van arrived on time with plenty of room for our large family (9 people) and our luggage (14 suitcases plus small bags). Driver was friendly and made small talk. Seats were comfortable.
Diver was a small female who struggled a bit with all of our large suitcases. We all pitched in to load the van. With other transportation services, the drivers have been able to load and unload all of the luggage. It's not a huge problem but I feel that it's the primary reason for tipping the diver. I still tipped our driver. She was very friendly but I was not sure why I was tipping her.

Convenient and reasonable
We used Skippy Transportation in Orlando for 4 people and a lot of luggage. We don't know Orlando airport that well so being met at baggage claim with a sign was super helpful. They stopped at Publix for us and we had plenty of time to buy food for us for a week. Would definitely use them again.
Drivers have been very personable and flexible meeting our needs.

Very clean and great service.
Accomodating. Just called an hour in advance for pickup. We had four kids so we ran late a few times but driver was never upset and was very understand.
There was nothing I did not like. Absolately loved it. Wished more people knew about them.
