Our driver was waiting for us at baggage claim, helped us find the correct carousel and then efficiently escorted us out of the airport and brought us to our hotel.
Communication was really smooth by email before arriving and by WhatsApp at the airport. iI also liked the clean and comfortable van, the low price and the friendly service.
Both drivers were very courteous and kept apologizing for their dispatcher who in my opinion should be fired
I booked pickup at airport for 7pm. Called when had luggage by 6:30pm. told yes pick up at 7, then about 25 mins. later no pickup, called again, told driver on a side be there shortly, time past still no pickup, called again, told bus full have to wait till 9pm. Ignorantly told if I had an issue with waiting that I could hire a private shuttle as I booked a shared shuttle and that's what shared means. I disagreed as booked months in advance for a 7pm pickup. Mom and I went into airport since wait till 9 pm, then happened to look out window at 8:30 and Stylus van was there. Driver said had tried calling me but no calls on phone. They had given him cell number for phone I had to leave at home and not the one I had called and given them that we would have. Then after cruise, paper said pickups between 8:30 and 10:30 every half hour. Found Stylus guys and I wasn't even on their list as having a booking. Showed my confirmation got on bus at 8:10 am. That but sat there and we all had to sit there until 10 am. People were rescheduling their flights cause got on 1st bus but sat there till bus was full.Then at airport dropped on a side when booked for b side to meet other shuttle. Driver was told to do this, when I asked him how the heck to get to b side and that we were supposed to be dropped there and what we went through at airport on arrival day, he told us get back on bus and took us over to b side. I told him drivers were great but company particularly dispatch sucked. He wasn't given papers supposed to have and had a list of names people had bookings but not on list.I would never ever use this companies services again and will be posting a not so pleasant review on trip adviser. I should be given some kind of partial refund or compensation. Other company used later in trip had very professional, pleasant services and I would use them again.
