Great experience, made our first trip to Disney go so smoothly!
Timely, friendly service, good communication, large vehicle that fit all of our luggage- including double stroller- with ease, booster seats included, 15 minute grocery stop included.
They were early both times, the vehicle fit all of us, our luggage, and stroller and there was a booster seat in the van.
Very kind drivers, prompt, clean vehicle, large vehicle fit a lot of luggage and stroller, drivers helped with luggage, arrived early and waited for us to leave, booster seat in vehicle
The easiest thing about our Disney trip was getting back and forth to the airport!
Juliet was amazing!! She was waiting for us when we arrived and had us at our hotel in no time at all. Absolutely amazing service!! The 10 passenger van was clean and they had car seats already installed and ready for us.
No complaints at all!!

This was the perfect option for our large group and I have already recommended to others.
The drivers were easy to contact in the case of travel delays, the cars were clean, and the price was right for our large group.
We liked it all.

Inflexible cancellation

Despite cancelling more than 22 hours before scheduled time due to realizing I booked the wrong date, still charged for the service. Very inflexible and poor customer service.

Very clean and spacious van. Accommodated my two children that needed booster seats. Allowed for a 15 minute stop at Publix on the way to our resort.
