My driver picked me up at the Airport on 3/14, I didn't know where to go to be picked up and explained I wasn't feeling well. I had to call him to find out where he was, he didn't call me. I had a barf bag with me and ended up getting sick in it in the car. He insisted on more money to clean his car and wanted more than $100 as a tip. Outrageous! The one way fee was only $74 and to tip over $100 was asking a lot. He also took 285 to 75 and had a Peach Pass. Why didn't he use the HOV lanes and then the Peach Pass lanes to get to Woodstock. My flight got in a 4:30 pm and I met the driver around 5:00 and didn't get home until 7:00 pm. The driver that picked me up on the March 2nd from my home to the airport was outstanding. I will more than likely not use this service again because of this driver. I have used this service before and have been very please up until now.

Satisfied. I will use their service again when I visit Atlanta again.
First time traveling to Atlanta. On-time pickup at airport and at the hotel for my return flight. The drivers were friendly and made me feel at ease.
The only negative was the car that picked me up at the airport had a sizable crack across the entire windshield. Other then that, very happy with the service. Will use the service again when traveling to Atlanta.
