SCAM: Would give 0 stars
NOTHING
Absolute scam of a company. Made a reservation, needed change drop off address. They instructed me that they would cancel and refund my reservation and to book a new one. After days of communication they emailed me a cancellation policy that said no refunds or changes. Stopped taking calls. Never used their services and have been charged $92 two times now. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. AVOID. DO NOT USE. SCAM ARTISTS.
