I had paid an additional fee for the driver to meet at baggage claim with a sign which he did not, also went the wrong g way which took longer to get to our destination, driver was not personable with a creepy silent ride.

The trip was overpriced! The sale men was not professional/The driver was late picking us up to get us where we was going/The bar was not stocks like we were told /Of coarse we was late for the event we was attending .In my opinion for the money that’s we spent for the service we got was not reasonable.Never will use this services from this place ever again.Poor Choice

I'm1st time user so I don't know where to meet the driver, so I call the phone # & he told me where to meet him.
Very comfortable ride and our driver was fantastic.

The driver was very polite and professional. He was a responsible and safe driver . If the need arises for transportation in the future, I will book a reservation with your company.
