They accommodated us as we got off the ship earlier than expected! So we appreciated that. Communicated well and definitely a great deal compared to the taxi we used to get to port. Would use this shuttle service again.
When you called the number you talked straight to a person and not an automated service, phone call and text updates and conformations for your rides. And that the drivers were so nice.

Our driver Ray was excellent very punctual and super friendly..
He even brought me a sweater I had left in the vehicle back to me during our pickup back to airport after a week of stay in Florida

Horrible

I had to ride in a coach bus to the port. Then a crowded shuttle bus back to the airport. The worse first experience ever.

Very smooth ride going to Port Canaveral.
Donny was a great driver. We had great conversation and he was very professional.
On the ride back from Port Canaveral to MCO, the driver didn't give me his proper location. I had to find him, then when I went back to where I found him, he moved again, and it was very hot that day. While driving to the airport, he was distracted and looking at his phone, which made me nervous. But he got us to the airport on time.
