My driver was Jimbo and he was very respectful, and friendly.
The car was clean and comfortable. The price was about the same as I have found in other big cities so no surprises there. I have saved the company phone number in my phone and when I come back to visit my brother in Atlanta, I will know which Limo company to call. That is because of the driver. A good man. God bless.

Stress free door to door service.
The driver, (Jimbo) called us the night before to give us his name and confirm pick-up. He also called while enroute keeping us updated on his arrival time due to a traffic situation.

My experience was wonderful!
Michael was on time and even waited patiently for me when the flight got delayed for over an hour! Comfortable ride home.
AC didn’t work , didn’t open the doors should have Uber
It was our anniversary so we weren’t going to let the car ruin it. All the restaurants were great
As stated above hot car , late to pick us up. Just not a good value

Driver (Michael) was a professional....very likeable and we requested for the return trip to the airport.
Michael ... the driver and the fact we didn't have to navigate ATL traffic.
We did NOT like the fact it cost 120 to get to our destination and then 140 to go the same distance for the return trip. Taking advantage of a situation. Shame on Nelson.

One thing I do not like is an unappreciative foreigner who comes to our country, starts a business and disrespects his customers and our great country with his blatent display after paying a fee off of “his” website. This person called me and demanded $40 more dollars and calls me back again. If you rent a limo from him you must love BDSM

Horrendous
I set my ride up on their website months prior to my trip so I didn't remember what I had paid. I called the night before my trip, luckily, because they didn't have me on their list. Ok, mistakes happen. Then was a screw up with the airline and my luggage which delayed us an hour. The driver, who turned out to be the owner, didn't deal well with that. Then he asked me how much I had paid for the ride; I couldn't remember and after much pestering threw out a number that I thought it was. The drive took almost 2 hours and I spent it listening to how the ride should cost at least $100 more than I said I paid and how far out my destination was. Note to any customers, bring your receipts. By the time we got to my destination, I was freezing (the car had a very strong perfume smell and I had to have my window down) and very harrassed. I ended up giving the man another $100. After I got settled in, I looked back in my records and I had in fact paid the amount he thought I should have and now an extra $100 on top of that! I had already told him not to bother coming back for me as I would find another way back to the airport; there was no way I was getting in a car with him again. So my round trip payment was just for one way. Then he kept calling the night before and the day of my trip back to the airport when I had already told him I wasn't going to need a ride. So I ended up paying over $400 for a two hour, one way trip full of aggravation. To say I was not impressed is a major understatement! I would not use this company again nor would I recommend it.
The dispatcher was rude on the phone I paid what was on the website for what I thought it was. Then I was told to call them ASAP. The dispatcher was very rude and was getting angry with me and told me different prices over the phone. I will not be using this service ever but I’m glad I was refunded my money back.
Everything. I booked 4 hours for a 20 passenger stretch limo. Upon confirming, Nelson (owner) called to tell me I needed to book his 6 hour minimum. I didn’t understand why the website allowed me to book 4 hours if that was below his minimum. When I confirmed a few days before the event, he told me he didn’t have a 20 passenger limo, but a 15 passenger. So then my entire booking had been completely changed. Every phone call I had with the company got heated and Nelson continued to be ugly, interrupt me, yell at me, and tell me I was wrong. Thankfully, we cancelled and got our money back to book with another company at the last minute.
