Driver was late, and when he showed up he told me it was going to be $200 more than the price we agreed on previously. Very unprofessional. Kept the privacy divider window down the entire time. Lights in the limo did not work so we were all in the dark the whole ride. Pretty sure the driver was drunk. One of the guests even asked him outright if he had been drinking, which he denied.

We were late for the event. Would not recommend

The driver did not know where he was going. He could not navigate. He took me to a shady location and said he had left his wallet there and he needed it to get gas. He disappeared and came out with a bag of to-go food! Then we got gas. At this point I was nervous and asked the person I was going to meet to come get me. I had the driver take me to a nearby Marta station and got out. I did not even get taken to my destination!!! Worst experience!!

Poorly managed business with a rather rude operator. Paid well in advance for a Limo service for my upcoming wedding. I called the provider after booking to confirm the dates. I spoke with the provider and who I believe was his wife. They confirmed the date and expressed I was booking rather early but, in my opinion, if you know you have a date for an activity set, you might as well start planning for it. Everything was set: one pickup of the Bride and Bridesmaids before the wedding and a second pickup of the bride and groom after the wedding. I called the vendor 2 days ago to confirm the schedule was set, as I was advised to do so by the wife. The vendor reports no record of the event and that his wife doesn't plan or help with his business. All fine, blah, blah none of that matters to me. I go on to ask do you need proof of payment for the service. He responds yes. I tell him I have emails for the bookings and payment receipt from PayPal. I email all those documents to him. I hear nothing back. I call him on the following day. He again plays dumb and tells me he's headed to his office (house) and will look at the emails and call me back. No call yet again. I'm tired and since the payment was made prior to 180 days PayPal will offer no assistance with disputing the provider with you (lesson learned on that one, please note my experience to avoid your own issues in the future). All and all a crappy operator and business owner. A modern-day common theft. I could take him to small claims court and win the case, but I honestly don't have the time or patience to go through process. Don't waste your time or money with this company (man) and find a real company in the area. If negative 5 stars were possible that would be my rating but gauging the bad reviews here, I have to assume poor service is how this sad man operates.
