Disappointing. The driver did not show up for the return pickup.
The driver that arranged our original pickup was very prompt and his car was immaculate.
No one showed up for the return pickup and I had paid for a roundtrip and confirmed with the company. The driver called me 1.5 hours after we landed to let me know he was at the airport for the pickup then. I obviously told him that would not work and he became very agitated and continued to call back and yell at me. I was given no instructions on how to contact a driver once we landed and called the office number repeatedly with no answer. I have since left followup messages and emails and no return call.

Efficient driver who gave excellent service.
Ease in making the reservation.
I did not receive the 20% discount for the online booking as stated on the website. I called later about it and did not get an explanation of why I did not get the discount or any assistance in fixing the problem.

Disappointing
That the ride got us from point A to point B
This is the second time in 8 months that we have used your service. Both times I provided additional details that we were coming from GERMANY and would not have a cell phone or way to communicate. Both times the driver WAS NOT waiting for us when we came out of the baggage claim with a sign for us. Most recently a kind airport employee used her personal cellphone to contact the driver that wasn't even in the terminal but rather just pulling up outside. I will not use your service again.

Driver was nice
Ordered and confirmed a white limo but got a black one. Car was old, had issues and was not clean. Privacy screen and glass did not work so the driver could hear all our conversations. His gps had issues so I had to give turn by turn directions. Seats were torn. Got limo for 20th anniversary and was very disappointed.
We had an excellent experience with our driver being punctual, professional, excellent.
Driver was on time, polite, excellent driver.
There was not anything that we did not like. We will use your service again!

It was a great experience, will definitely recommend and use again.
Nice, clean, comfortable ride with a very friendly driver.
A little hard to get in contact with the company, automated system switched me to voicemail. Too urgent to leave a message. With travel changes and anomalies, need to speak with live person to update and keep updated.
I had a good experience and have hired your company for a second time.
I would like to suggest that drivers remind passengers to check for their belongings just before exiting the vehicle. I would also like to suggest that drivers immediately check for items that may have been accidentally left behind in the vehicle. I left a package in the car. While the value was no more than about $15.00, the items had sentimental value. I was not able to get them back.

Liked that the driver had our name on a sign. Roomy vehicle. Mr. Goodnews answered out wuestipns along the drive.
The SUV was very high and difficult for my 88 yesr old mother to get into. I had been told on the phone before booking that a town car would fit our needs.
We walked a different way to the baggage claim and did not see the limo driver waiting area at the airport until an airport employee told us about it.
