It was such a relief to have a wonderful car waiting for me.
The driver Gerard was a fabulous driver and his car was wonderfully clean.
The communication between the driver & office personnel. I keep in touch with the office about the 3 hour delay. They said they were following the airline and it’s delay, so as to let the Driver know of my 3 hour delay from Chicago. I almost lost it when I received a text telling me that the driver went home & that he would not get back to pick me up. I contacted the office & they sent Gerard for the rescue. It turned out to be a fabulous time for me.
Driver was proactive in communication, arrived early and transported us safely.

Driver arrived at 4:40am for a 6:30am pickup then told me I had changed the time only to find out they had mixed up customers and changed my time by mistake so I rushed to get ready but he left and I then had to wait on him.
Nothing because it was doomed from the beginning when I was sent the wrong invoice which was double what mine was supposed to be. That should have been my first clue!
No one seems to really know what's going on, the "office" management side of reservations and assigning drivers is ridiculous!!!

Horrible!
Setting up the ride to and from the airport. Communication was acceptable.
The to-the-airport driver was late and when I called, he was rude as he said he was on the phone. Plus, he was sitting at the wrong address next door.
The service was supposed to monitor the flight; it was about 30 minutes late landing and the service did not take that into account. I texted and called to let them know I was at the designated place outside waiting (within the 30-minute period), but communication was horrible. I received a voicemail, about 10 minutes after landing, stating that the job was complete and there was no refund. The driver left the airport BEFORE the required 30-minute wait-time (which I did not know about). There was no way of knowing which car was for me.
Finally, after the driver returned, he was insulting in trying to tell me "how limo service works." At that point I said nothing else for the duration of the ride. The driver was talking on his phone with personal conversations for most of the drive.
It is obvious to me that communication within the business is also lacking as the driver thought there were two customers. Both drivers were argumentative and only hear themselves talk.
Flight late. Office cancelled the call saying they had fulfilled their obligation. I talked to driver. Convinced him to wait for flight (it was difficult) rude messages from office throughout ordeal. I would like an AIRLINE transport system accommodated delays more. They don’t. Won’t be using them again.
Where to start? First of all, the driver was an hour late. When I called to try to get an ETA, he would just say he was on his way. After an hour when he finally showed up, upon getting in the car, the driver told me he didn't know the address of my destination because he wasn't actually through the company I hired, the driver I had hired had called him because he was unable to make it to the airport to pick me up. And if that wasn't bad enough, it was an incredibly uncomfortable ride, with the driver speeding up and slamming on his breaks the entire way there. Needless to say, I felt incredibly unsafe throughout the ride, not to mention was an hour late to the meeting I had at my destination. DO NOT use this company.
