Amazing
Our driver Jay helped my mum to get to my apartment from Manchester airport. As I just had a baby, I could not pick her up, but the problem was my mum doesn’t speak English (she is Japanese). That’s why I booked the taxi from the airport but I was so worried if everything goes well. Then Jay gave me a message that he does speak Japanese!! It is amazing! My mum told me that she enjoyed the conversation with him. Thank you so much again for helping my mum.
