Driver was inattentive, constantly fiddling with his gps, seemed generally incapable of predicting traffic behavior ahead leading to very frequent hard braking and almost a collision at one point. If I get this driver ever again I will stop using your service.

Our flight was delayed and the taxi wasn’t there when we arrived.
Nothing, I had to get another taxi.
Walking out of the airport and having no one there to pick me up

Paid £10 extra for him to be in the arrivals hall. He wasn’t and I had to make two phone calls so cost me even more!?!
