Driver arrived 15 minutes early and it was a good thing because traffic was (typically?) heavy. Amazed at just how many bicyclists there are on the main streets and what I suppose is normal congestion until you get on the highway.
The driver was not standing outside our cruise terminal with a sign with my name, per email stating that is what would happen. I had to make an international phone call in order to find out where our driver was at. The email said the driver would meet us inside or outside our cruise terminal with a sign, do not wait for the driver at the pick up drop off area. Also driver thought I had to pay the other half of my invoice, which I paid online at the end of April. Thankfully I had a print out of my paid in full receipt.
He was a smooth driver and he found us on time even though we were a little early.

Courteous, reliable, on time, friendly driver
Driver was on time, but we were off ship 30 minutes early and rendezvous was more or less happenstance as we initially waited outside and then moved inside to sit.
Road noise in car was very loud. Driver reportedly tried to Contact us (phone, message) but was not able to for rendezvous.

Excellent service both times we used them, even with a 2 hr delay in getting off our cruise ship!
They were very responsive during the book process and while we were delayed in meeting our driving while trying to get off of our cruise ship. The driver even took the time to go a route that had more traffic so we could see some sights in London during our drive into town.

Overall great value for the money!
Joao was friendly and pointed out some sights for us as we left London proper. Would order a ride from him again!
He was late by about 1 hour to get us to our hotel- we couldn’t find him in arrival and we ended up having to go out to a parking deck to meet him. He said he was stuck in traffic, but the company should budget their time better to be on time.

They booked the wrong size car and driver wanted us to stop and get more money for him.
We arrived at the airport.
I didn’t like the driver. The company booked the car knowing we had 4 large suitcases and the driver gave us a hard time about it. This was an issue with their company and it was not acceptable to keep asking us to stop at 4:45am to get more money for him. We prepaid already.

From hotel to ship: ROBBERY
Asked dispatcher to send car earlier. HE REFUSED. Job was referred to a SMALL taxi. If I wanted a taxi I could have called one. Taxi price is 8 quid. Your price 15 pounds. I could have used free shuttle from hotel. I wanted to give you all my business.
I've lost faith in you.

Very professional and courteous and timely.
Personality of Joao was great. He was on time and so very helpful to all of us. We plan to use ECM when we are back in 2023.
