mission accomplished
there is more than one cruise terminal in Southampton. Your order form doesn't allow to indicate which terminal to be dropped at. Driver dropped me at the wrong terminal. Fortunately he was still around when I realize this. Eventually he dropped me at the correct terminal.
Right on time pickup, fast comfortable ride to Heathrow
Driver was easy to spot as we disembarked cruise in Southampton. Van was very comfortable. Ride was quick and easy.

We had a very pleasant ride from Gatwick Airport to the hotel
The driver met us right as we came out and great us and was very pleasant safely drove us to Southampton.
The driver took our buggy of luggage from us and pushed it to his vehicle.
We were delayed getting our luggage so we phoned the number and they notified the driver.
