I cancelled this online weeks ago and still received a message to confirm the booking. That is wrong. When a ride in cancelled or rejected do not still send information asking to confirm. It causes confusion

Great drive from BKK to Pattya. But faced little problem in communication as driver's English was not that good.

Despite several messages detailing pick up address details and nearby landmarks and a photograph of the front of the building the driver went to the wrong pick up location.
