All four times I have used this service I have been impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and communications prior to pick up.
Vehicles have always been clean and tidy.
Although the driver was polite, friendly and efficient, the amount of time he spent looking at and using his mobile whilst driving on the highway (this may be normal practice in Thailand) was somewhat unnerving. It was a relief to arrive at the airport.
We were met buy our drive who took us and cases to the car which looked as if it had just come out of the showroom. The journey was relaxing and professionally driven
