I made a reservation online for 2 taxis to arrive at 7:40. At 7:45 no one had arrived so I called. The woman on the phone was extremely rude, and informed me that their email or internet stopped working so she didn't get any of the reservations. I told her that I had received a confirmation email (which I did) and she said that was impossible as she didn't send any. She was so unbelievably rude I didn't want to do business with your company anymore but unfortunately really needed a cab! She told me one would arrive in 5-10 min. 15 min later I called her asked where I cab was. She audibly sighed in annoyance, said 2 minutes. It did arrive then. I would never, ever, ever, ever consider doing business with your company ever again because of the rudeness of the person who I spoke to. There was an appropriate way to address the issues you were encountering - with an apology - and instead we were treated like we were idiots.
The driver was pleasant and was at YVR prompty to meet the arrving flight
Efficient door to door service. The car is parked conveniently right outside the arrival hall so no time wasted partking walking to car or paying for parking ticket etc. Felt safe in the car.
the ride is metred so the metre was on the whole time. For that kind of distance from YVR to Whistler, it would be better if a flat rate is quoted. That said, the estimate given to me was very close to the final amount

i booked a cab online and they never showed up, when i called and told them they refused to send one my way casuing me to be late for work.
I use this cab company all the time but will not use it again due to this issue. Thanks you for loosing a customer and my faith in this cab company.
