Client refused to use vehicle as it was not clean. No one greeted him. Trash in vehicle and two people did not introduce themselves and he felt it was very unprofessional. Client refused to ride in the car and got himself and Uber. Still waiting in refund or response to this issue.

Not what it stated on website, unprofessional, dirty car. Even though client refused to go in vehicle I have not received the refund.
