Herandi was excellent with communicating with me before, and at the time of picking me up. She was friendly, conversant, and navigated the busy highways expertly.
It’s not a criticism of Herandi, but her attention was interrupted by phone calls several times. She did an excellent job of answering and getting off quickly - she was “La Jefa” that day and tge calls needed to be answered. She needs to be provided with a professional Bluetooth headset by the company so that she can do “hands free” calling when it is required.
Was not at the airport having visited both terminal to try and find the taxi i had to take a rank car. Will not return my calls to sort this out.

The fact that there was poor communication on who and where I was supposed to find the taxi. The fact that you will not refund or reschedule the taxi I paid for. The fact that if you are an overseas traveler there is little support or help in navigating the airport and connecting you to the taxi. It is a service I will not use again and will go out of my way to ensure that anyone who is trying to find a taxi coming from overseas will not be looked after. The fact that when calling to resolve the matter the operator either hangs up on me or promises to get someone to call me back which doesn’t happen. This is a terrible first experience in Atlanta and was grateful for the helpful airport staff to help me find alternative transport. Please do not use this service and use an airport taxi instead. It’s cheaper and much more overseas traveler friendly.
