Pick up and drop off was smooth with great communication.
Our First driver Jennifer was so friendly, her and I talked most of the way.
Second ride was still fine but I felt crowded. Every seat was taken which I understand is the business but personally I felt crowded.

Our driver was wonderful. Very friendly.
The driver was very friendly and personable and did a very good job of getting us safely from the port to the airport.

Great experience!
The driver called to see if we were ready and came earlier than scheduled and we were able to get on the ship earlier. Very nice and dropped us right at the luggage drop off.
From hotel to port: I was lucky that day as I was the only passenger in the car. My driver was very nice, polite and offered an overall great service.
Port to MCO: Reece was very nice and went overboard to service me.
The lady on the full could try to be more helpful. I know that there is a website but she should be ready to answer questions and help potential customers if they want to book on the phone.

very disappointed as the return leg of her journey was not back to the airport but was supposed to be Disney art of animation resort which I clearly put in my request and I did not very but the system automatically without my permission switched back to MCO airport, HENCE WE SUFFERED ONCE WE CAME BACK FROM OR CRUZ at port Canaveral, and could not ride your shuttle to our Disney resort and had to wait 1 hour at the port and pay 250 dollars to a different shuttle company to get to our resort. I am trying to get refund for the 2nd leg of our journey which we did not use and the amount is 150 dollars and I was promised on the phone on that day that we will get a refund but I have not seen a refund and I am calling and still not getting any resolution. your online booking system should have an option that does not automatically round you to the same destination when returning and one should be able to put a different destination. Order number was 10983.

Seamless process from pickup to drop-off.
Driver was very likeable and made the commute enjoyable.
Everything was good........nothing negative to say.
I wish I would have just used Uber, as it would have been about the same price and I wouldn't have had to wait and it would've been private versus 10 other people in the vehicle with me.
On time.
Too many people and the price was too much.

Our two drivers (José and Leury) were very professional and attentive.
Everything was great.
Pick up and drop off was smooth with great communication.
