Driver came 1 hour early from our return off the ship, it was freezing outside and all 18 were freezing. We were suppose to be picked up at 9:45am, but the driver saved the day and was there by 8:30am.
I was worried that you have to put your address in the message area, as they were picking us up at our house in Palm Bay. The driver called from Orlando airport at 9:30 looking for us, but I told him he was suppose to pick us up at our home. He was scheduled to pick us up at 10:30am and he still made it on time. They should let you put your address instead of as a message. First Choice Shuttle picked us up and was fantastic.
Your service left me and another party stranded at the airport because you did not show up. Reservations was made days ahead of time and I receive confirmation confirming my pickup
I did not take the shuttle. Tried to book it one way from the port to MCO for Jan 1st, and can't reach anyone to confirm this, why would I be rating something I have not taken.. Now not sure my one way trip is even scheduled.
