Received a whatsapp message when I landed directing me to door 3. My name was clearly displayed at the meeting point. Waited a few minutes for a few other people to turn up who had bookings. Then escorted up one level to the car pick up point. Vehicle arrived and the driver was very friendly and professional. The whole process was very easy and efficient. Highly recommend Thai Taxis Thailand and will use them again.
