Excellent service from booking through to pick up and drop off to the airport. Internet booking was easy, questions we're answered by email promptly. Staff at airport and also pick up were friendly and helpful. From start to finish excellent service

Good car and comfortable ride to hotel

Driver text me showing photo of exit 3 where he was waiting. We followed instructions but driver moved to level 1, we were slightly late so we could not find him as instructed. Eventually we went to level 1 and found the driver.

Driver was polite.

We waited for two hours for the driver. We get that traffic was bad. But a two-hour wait was outrageous and unacceptable. It’s not the first pop concert in Bangkok. Driver should have made better arrangements and decisions. Such a long wait totally defeated the purpose of booking a driver.

The driver drove really fast and dangerous

The driver’s attitude- professional, polite and helpful. My mom has difficulty walking. She is so petite and found climbing onto the Fortuna a challenge, driver was so helpful- literally supported her body so she could get into the car. He also helped with carrying our shopping bags and got the porter at our hotel to assist. Wonderful service! He never once complained about the places I wanted to visit and wasn’t upset when I got the meeting points wrong .. in fact he went to find me and led me to the car.

I wasn’t informed of how I can identify the driver at my hotel until I emailed to ask. I was then presented with the name and plate number of the driver.

Everything was clear, on time and waiting for us. A very kind driver with perfect service.
