I've used all the various taxi companies in Oxford during the 35 years that I have lived here, after moving here from London. I will also admit to being a disgruntled customer of this company on a number of occasions, but I realise you can't get things 100% right 100% of the time. So I will admit to having strayed to other companies a couple of times, Only to return once again to this company, as it's the most reliable of all the different companies based in Oxford. One of the reasons is that, The ABC Radio Taxi drivers don't do the local authority school runs, so when you need a taxi during those times 07:30 till 09:30 and 14:00 till 16:00. it's pointless phoning other companies, as you're more likely to get a reliable service 100% of the time from Eagle Taxi rather than the other companies.
