Trouble with booking, otherwise good

I have booked a taxi ride to the airport with one month in advance. As the taxi wasn’t showing up, I called their number 7 min after the booking time. Their support could not find my reservation, though I had received the confirmation email with all details and booking reference. They said they would check and call me back in 2 min. 10 min later I got the call back from them to say I would have to wait 10 more minutes for a taxi. This is totally unacceptable. I gave up and called a taxi from Taxi Way who picked me up in 3 minutes. Curiously I have later received an email to make this review.
