Fantastic service despite the airline changing their flight time by nine hours, and then the uncertainty of potential impact upon our return to the UK due to a military coup in Turkey.
Emails, texts and a telephone update from Ken to my mobile phone in Turkey, in advance of our flight departure from Dalaman, to give assurance that Cameo would monitor developments in Turkey following the attempted military coup, and amend their pick up time to suit our return to the UK.
On time, clean, courteous, relaxed journey, and unphased by motorway exit slip road blockage en route to Stanstead, or Terminal change at Gatwick
very easy to book, and clear reminder in advance of pickup
a direct mobile number for the driver would have been useful when we landed at the wrong terminal at Gatwick, even though the driver knew where to find us at the exit from baggage collection
