Polite, Courteous,Patient and Helpful Door to Door service who could ask for more.
We were travelling with my elderly parents and the drivers were great with them. lifting their luggage offering assistance in and out of the vehicles. So Polite and Courteous and nothing was a problem
Excellent communication from start to finish of our return airport run.
1st time booked a private transfer. Expecting a taxi as there were only 2 of us. But a minibus, arrived. Lovely driver pointing out the resorts along our way to pefkos. Very punctual. Will definitely use impress travel again.

A very good experience, the driver was on time and was very helpful
A courteous driver awaited us at arrivals and was extremely pleasant during the hour long trip. The return driver arrived ahead of time and was excellent.

An excellent transfer from the airport and also on our return.
Driver was ready and waiting as we came through with our bags. Prompt for our return. Felt really safe on both journeys. The drivers are obviously well experienced. The office staff are friendly and really helpful. Impress is a lovely company to deal with.
