Drivers were very good. The driver returning us to the airport gave us so much valuable information, he was a really interesting gentlemen. The car was big and very comfortable. We were late on arrival but the kind driver waited and never complained.
The taxi did not turn up. First of all we had booked the taxi for 16:00 and the taxi was no where to be seen. I then called the company and asked where abouts he was and he said he needed to call his other driver to find out how close he was and then would get back to me. After 12 minutes had passed, (16:24) I then called again to find out what was going on. The driver did not have a clue what was going on and didn't know why no one had turned up. He then said he could get to me in 10 minutes or 20 minutes with a child's seat, which is what we had originally ordered. At this point, we had decided to go with another firm to get to the airport as soon as possible. NOT IMPRESSED.
the driver was waiting for us when we arrived and was very helpful with our cases also on our return to airport the driver made sure we had all we wanted before he left us.
