First, our limo was supposed to be black, there was not any water or sodas as was stated to be provided, the return trip was scheduled for 12:30am, he came an hour early and then would not leave until he was paid a cash tip.

I was charged and didn’t received the service.
I can’t say because I didn’t received the service.
I received a call to cancel the service because they didn’t have any limo available but didn’t gave me my money back.

Took my money and then they cancelled saying no vehicles and a potentially lengthy refund process.
