Driver took us to the correct hotel eventually.
Driver took us to the correct hotel.
Driver couldn't open the trunk, and passed us by one time, taking an extra 10-20 minutes to drop off other passengers - I arranged for a grocery stop well in advance of the trip via phone and the driver said no.

Very nice and relaxing
Nice having a driver that I have known from a previous trip.
If I could give negative Stars I would. I booked for pickup from our wedding venue to our hotel ON OUR WEDDING NIGHT!!!!! I received multiple confirmation emails (1 being the day before the wedding) with an order number. The wedding was beautiful and we were waiting for our driver for pickup. 10 minutes after our SCHEDULED pick up time I called to see where our driver was. The girl that answered said she would call me back in a few minutes. When she called me back she said our pick up was cancelled and the money was refunded (I do not see a debit or credit from our account). Which leads me to believe they never actually charged my card and just forgot about my order. The girl on the phone was SUPER RUDE. Basically saying that I should have noticed it was "refunded" back on my card. I NEVER received a cancellation email/phone call/text message NOTHING. She also did not offer ANY sort of resolution to the problem and tried to blame me for not knowing it was cancelled!!! I work in customer service (banking) and I would NEVER speak to one of my clients that way!!!!! And she hung up on me!!!!! So my husband and I were stranded at our venue the night of our wedding. Thank goodness our photographer was still there and offered us a ride. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone after the experience we had on such a special day!
*** I also want to point out that the hotel was only 24 minutes from the venue
Transcour picked me up right on time. Driver was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The ride was relaxing.
Ease of booking and service was great. Able to relax for an hour or so after long day.
The car was very comfortable, however there seemed to be a problem with transmission, shifting was not smooth. Did not effect our experience, just a note for Transcour.

Car was big enough
The car was very hot. The ac wasn’t working well at all. Music aux was static
Excellent service, on time, very helpful and friendly.
I needed a wheelchair and the driver insisted I stay in the car until she obtained assistance

TransCour Limo was great, showed up on time with a clean car and got me to the airport on time.
The driver was on time, the car was clean and spacious, and the ride was smooth.
The price was a little high but in the end it was worth it to know I was going to get to the airport on time, and it was a large and spacious car.

The driver is not professional and make inappropriate comments to me and my family members.
My family and I love the car and on time.
The driver needs to act and talk more professional. He make too much inappropriate comments about my dog and my sons. For example, I told him that I have a dog and he said to bring barbecue sauce to cook my dog. When me and my sons asleep, he is making jokes. I will never request him as a driver again. I have use this company and other drivers are very professional and talked about things in a respectful way.
