Not the greatest experience
Got to our destination and returned on time
I phoned to give exact address for pick then received a call from the driver who wanted to argue the point saying that didn’t give the address, I found this very discourteous. I also emailed and sent Facebook message to Transcour but didn’t receive a reply. Only thing I can say is we were picked up on time. Our driver was Claud not the happiest of guys.
The limo was an hour and 19 minutes late so we had to cancel.
I don’t like that the limos are booked back to back. You disappointed 10 teenagers going to their first prom. Several were foreign exchange students who will not get this experience again.

My experience was exactly what I expected.
My Driver arrived earlier than scheduled. Loaded my bags and didn't rush me to hurry up and leave, he allowed me time to finish gathering my last minute items, very patient. Very kind !!!

Rider was rude and 40 minutes late. I fell I lost my money.
I liked the pristine clean luxury vehicles that I was picked up in.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Great from beginning to end
Driver was patient, courteous and professional in spite of our flight delay. On time pick up, friendly driver. Will use this service again.

Fun experience
Driver was great. Limo was clean, including glass wear. Lots of space.
The specific vehicle we had could use some minor repairs (roof material was hanging down a little and an air vent kept falling out). But it was for my son's 13th birthday and he and his friends thought it was the best!

Service was exceptional. Our driver was personable and professional. Car was immaculate.
One way was great BUT our return trip was horrible!
Our transportation to the airport was great! Our driver was on time, friendly and the van was perfect to fit everyone and luggage.
Returning, there was NO communication on pick up location and every time I called I couldn’t get clear instructions. Our driver was 45 minutes late and rude when I finally heard from him (in fact told me he’ll be there in a few and when I asked more more specific information he said “a few” and then hung up). He didn’t say one word to us in the van and then parked at the end of our driveway and started flinging things out of the van, even breaking one of the packages.
