Difficult to communicate with. Shady transactions and information about cost/ pricing. Not informed about vehicle change but still got charged for the upgrade even though they were out of vehicles.

Horrible, paid upfront online for point to point service on 4/29, called few before to confirm amd was told they can't do a point to point service in Ocala because they are out of Orlando, it was to get my daughter to her wedding venue and the fact thaqt they did not notify me they couldn't fulfill the request after I had prepaid is terrible customer service, thank fully I found another company to do it at the last minute, but am still waiting for my refund more than 3 months later!

Driver arrived 10 min early. Very pleasant young woman who had everything under control. There was no stress at all on the way to the airport, which is darn close to a miracle for me.
A tad pricey. $200 all in for less than 90 mins time would have been ideal.
Michelle is an excellent driver--great communicator, prompt, reliable!
Michelle first and foremost, also convenience.

Driver Michelle was great
mixup on the pickup and I ended up waiting for over an hour for the driver who was not in the baggage claim area, and had to go outside and look for the car which was not marked.

This was the worst experience I had trying to get a Limo for my son's prom. Not great service at all. It also took 2 weeks to refund my money.
Had a last minute driver change, poor communication
Made it to airport on time
Last pick up and 2 calls to get communication on driver change and not finding my location

AC did not work for our trip. My groomsmen and the bridal party were all miserably hot for the duration.
AC didn’t work. Limo was falsely advertised by amount it said it held. We had 12 people and barely fit.

Unprofessional
Michelle, the driver, was fantastic. She was nice and accommodating.
The owner did not know about the reservation until I called 2 hours before pick up time. Then he proceeded to tell me, after taking 30 minutes to find the reservation, that I had to pay more money because their website was not updated. Now one hour from pick up time he says I can pay or take my business elsewhere. It was a very stressful situation that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
