Julieta whatsapped us to tell us when she would meet us and met us at our baggage claim area. 5 minutes later we were on the road! We'll definitely use skippy again!
The overall service and experience was first class

Professional and thoughtful
Our flight was delayed and then canceled. Juileta was very thoughtful and changed my pick up without any problems. Still able to communicate with her past midnight n again early in the morning. Whilst driving to hotel she was telling us about places we drove past like a tour guide. Very helpful

It was the easiest mode of transportation for our family.
They were on time and it was just my family, no extra stops.
2nd trip out, the van smelled like a cigarette. Which I am highly allergic to, may have been from previous riders?
