Had a great experience, reliable, on time and great communication.
The company was easy to contact and was very willing to reschedule and make a longer grocery stop. The driver was very very friendly and courteous, would recomend Skippys to anyone looking for a great price and reliable transportation.

Speedy Service with a Great Attitude
Stop at Grocery Store was a great service for a family of 8. Even though we went a little more than 15minutes, it was great customer service. People like you is what Makes is want to come back from Oregon, such a great way to start a vacay!
The reason I chose Skippy over other options was that I was promised a driver at baggage claim holding a sign with my name on it. The driver had a strong spanish accent and it was hard for me to understand her. She requested I meet her in the parking location where the car was. After I told her the reason I chose skippy was to have her meet me at the baggage claim, she agreed to do so. She met me there before I got my bag. Then she said she couldn't wait for me to get my bag but had to return to the car. She told me how to get to the car. I was able to do so, but the whole experience wasn't what I wanted and expected based on skippy ads. I am visually handicapped so it was especially important to me to have someone guide me from bag claim to car. Other than this she was a good driver.

Drivers were very prompt, ready and waiting at both the airport and our return pickup location. Drove safely.

My driver, George, and the drive to the airport was great.
George, and his smooth ride to the airport.
I had noted on my reservation where I was to be picked up, and this wasn't provided to George, so he was waiting for me at the wrong door, and I had to call twice to ask the dispatcher where he was.

No transportation worries !
Always on time. We used Skippy three timers during our vacation. We needed two car seats and they were there for every trip. Our driver was friendly, helpful and even asked if we needed to stop for groceries before reaching our hotel.

Julietta was waiting for us when we got off the plane, was very kind and helpful. We had a very nice experience, would definitely use this service again!
