I paid extra for an Escalade but the Escalade we recurved was an older model it didn't feel comfortable the windshield wipers sucked because it was raining and the passenger side didn't work

Great service and very accomodating
i really appreciated the patience with answering all of my questions and the professionalism displayed. My daughter and her friends had a wonderful prom experience.
American Eagle Transportation made getting to and from the cruise port stress free- thank you!
A human answered the phone every time, and very prompt email responses. They were also able to adjust their time for the second leg of our travel needs. The vehicle was spotless and the driver and communication with the company was professional. I like that a tip/partial tip was already included, and that they arrived early for all scheduled times.
We didn't know what time to expect being off the cruise, and since we were the first seating at meals, we were off the ship about an hour before our ride arrived. If American Eagle was able to advise us on that to have better timing, since they are at the port often, that would have been great. But they were early for all scheduled times, and next time we will know what to expect.

The driver made the experience worth it
The drivers customer service, he was on time and very friendly. He helped all the girls out the car like a true gentleman
When we first tried to rent the limo, we were charged when it was unavailable. And everytime I called with questions, the answer I got was "okay" nothing more. But the gentleman who emailed me, saved the sale found us another limo and made this a way better experience.
