Great customer service
Company and driver kept in touch prior to the drive, so I was confident the car would arrive on time. Car arrived early, driver was very professional and a good driver.

Eduardo is a wonderful, courteous and careful driver.
I love that you can rent car seats so you don't have to bring them on your trip.
I wish the car service was more communicative and reached out with your driver's name and number further in advance. Also, our flight was running late and we didn't have a way to reach the driver (we didn't have our assigned driver's name or number until he reached out while we were already in the air).

Excellent
Needed a large vehicle with a car seat. Reserved online few days beforehand. Picked up at home right on time and drop off was right at the curb at the airport. Best part - didn't have to worry about tips, etc since you prepay. Using again on our return trip.
Driver texted ahead of time to confirm that he would be at our home as planned. He actually arrived about 10 minutes early, which is comforting when you are heading to the airport. The car was very clean and the driver was helpful with bags and seating us.
Great service, driver was a lot earlier than scheduled and waited for us.
Good ride, good driver.

Clean and convenient
The car seat for the baby was clean, car was spotless, and everything went fine
The pick up location was VERY unclear! We wandered all over the airport and the driver seemed a little upset that it took us so long to find him but there wasn't good information on the print outs. It should clearly day RIDE SHARE PICK UP LOCATION. We went to the TAXI/SHUTTLE pick up as the receipt said to do.

An unfortunate experience
The driver seemed nice on the phone.
Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip because the baby had a fever of 104, and the pediatrician did not ok travel on the plane. I called the driver as soon as I knew (and several hours before the flight) and let him know we were not able to make it to the airport so he would not make a trip for us. We had 2 visits to the doctor and one to the urgent care in the past 3 days. The company however would not issue a refund stating their 24-hour cancellation policy. It is sad when people hide behind their policies and refuse to not show compassion when clearly we had no control over the situation and did everything in our power to lessen their inconvenience.

Confirmed via internet booking, no car showed, called the office, and Oops, we didn't see that reservation, nobody available.
Not sure how to give zero star review. You need to fix your services. Didn't even get a call saying that you weren't showing. Please confirm that I was not charged for this.
