dog hairs were from the hire previous, the driver did try to get all the hairs off but obviously couldn't, on the return journey(the hire with the dogs) the dogs were kept in the front. sorry if this caused you any discomfort.
First Class, no problems with any of the pickups. On time and the driver was very helpful and couldn't have done any more to help us.
No problems booking the minibus, no problems with the pickups, overall very good company to deal with
The minibus was a bit run down and a seat belt didn't work but it did the job we booked it for with no problems.

yes one of the buses is on its final 6 months of its operation, we do supply an executive minibus that is a little more expensive. the seat belts in your bus have a child safety bar, in some cases if a child has sat in the seat previous to you, the bar can appear to stop the seat belt from operating properly. this is a simple adjustment simply slide the bar to the top of the belt.
